Membership policy draft for review before paid launch.
Funding Ready is educational business funding preparation software. It does not guarantee loan, grant or investment approval, interest rates, eligibility or terms. Calculations are estimates from customer-provided inputs; lender methods may differ. Seek qualified advice for your specific legal, tax and financial decisions.
Each membership is for the purchasing business account. Do not share credentials, redistribute proprietary templates or reproduce the calculation tools commercially. You may export completed reports based on your own work. We may suspend or revoke access for misuse subject to applicable law.
The standard membership price is $67. The current free launch uses a 100%-off coupon and charges $0. Access defaults to 365 days from activation unless the administrator changes the product term or grants an extension. It does not automatically renew or create a recurring payment. Any future recurring or Stripe-based billing requires separate implementation and clear checkout terms before charges can occur.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of any information you enter or submit to lenders and funders. Customer-generated documents are not independently verified by Upperside Finance unless a separately agreed engagement says otherwise.
