Refund Policy
Membership policy draft for review before paid launch.
Current orders are complimentary and charge $0, so there is no payment to refund. When paid checkout is enabled, customers who purchase membership at the stated price may contact Upperside Finance within 14 days of purchase to request a refund, subject to the final checkout terms in effect at that time.
Refund handling, expiration of access and any grace period must be confirmed with the payment provider before paid sales begin. Access changes do not silently delete saved work; customers can export their data from Account & Access.
