Upperside Finance collects account information, business details, funding-readiness responses, and the financial and application information you save in your FUNDING READY SYSTEM. If you upload documents, we store those files for use in your private workspace. The free assessment stores submitted contact details, business segmentation, answers and results. Marketing consent is optional.
We use this information to operate your account, calculate and preserve your results, provide support, maintain security and access records, and respond to your requests. If you opt in, we may send funding-readiness resources. We do not store payment card information; when paid checkout is connected, its provider will process payment information under its own policy.
Authorized administrators can manage access, orders and operational records. Customer financial records are not displayed in the ordinary operations dashboard. Hosting, mail and payment providers may process information as needed to deliver the service. You can download your saved data from Account & Access. For correction or deletion requests, contact the business using the contact link below. Records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
The site uses essential account and security cookies. Optional analytics and marketing services should be disclosed here when connected. Data is transmitted using HTTPS in production; access depends on a verified account and active entitlement. No online system can promise absolute security.
